KB-MSFTPSVC performance counter error event 1000 & 1008

手邊有台Windows 2000 Server，只要一開啟Performance Monitor，就會以每秒一到三次的頻率產生以下的錯誤事件:

Event 1000 from FTPCtrs
無法收集 FTP 效能統計。 服務所傳回的錯誤碼為資料 DWORD 0。
(英文) Unable to collect the FTP performance statistics. The error code returned by the service is data DWORD 0.

Event 1008 from PerfLib
DLL "C:\WINNT\system32\ftpctrs2.dll" 的服務 "MSFTPSVC" 的開啟程序失敗。 這個服務的效能資料將無法使用。傳回的 狀態碼是資料 DWORD 0。
(英文) The Open Procedure for service "MSFTPSVC" in DLL "C:\WINNT\system32\ftpctrs2.dll" failed.  Performance data for this service will not be available. Status code  returned is data DWORD 0.

Google了一下，有人說要unlodctr msftpsvc後，再到Registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSFTPSVC\Performance\加上Disabled Performace Counters DWORD=1，但對這台機器沒有效果。

另外找到一串討論，提到了以下的做法，管用了!!

1.開啟CMD.EXE視窗
2.CD %Systemroot%\System32
3.利用findstr drivername *.ini列出與Performance Counter有關的ini檔, 跟MSFTPSVC效能相關的是ftpctrs.ini
     ftpctrs.ini:drivername=MSFTPSVC
4.lodctr ftpctrs.ini
5.再開啟Performance Monitor，Error Event連珠砲應該已經熄火了
